ServiceNow Developer

Role: ServiceNow Developer/Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Service Catalog capabilities.
Maintain and improve CMDB health, governance, data quality, and relationship mapping.
Build and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and Scripted APIs.
Develop and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Service Portal components.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and release management activities.
Key Skills:
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong expertise in ITAM (HAM/SAM), CSM, and CMDB.
Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management, Customer Service Operations, and CMDB Governance.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with data imports, transform maps, reconciliation rules, and data management.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM
