Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Adobe MSD Developer with 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, digital analytics, customer journey analytics, and web analytics implementation.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Web SDK. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining analytics solutions, configuring data collection, tracking customer interactions, and enabling data-driven insights across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Analytics implementations to measure digital performance and customer interactions.
Configure and manage Adobe Launch (Tags) for tag management, data collection, and analytics deployment.
Implement and maintain Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK for collecting and forwarding customer interaction data.
Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to configure data collection, schemas, datasets, and event tracking.
Implement and support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to analyze customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.
Develop and maintain data layers, tracking specifications, and analytics tagging solutions for websites and digital applications.
Troubleshoot data collection issues, validate tracking implementations, and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with business analysts, marketing teams, developers, and data teams to understand analytics requirements.
Perform implementation testing, debugging, and quality assurance for analytics solutions.
Optimize analytics implementations and follow best practices for data governance, privacy, and consent management.
Support analytics migrations, enhancements, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Prepare technical documentation for tracking specifications, implementation workflows, and analytics configurations.
Required Technical Skills
Adobe Analytics – Strong experience in implementation, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Adobe Launch (Tags) – Experience with tag management, rule configuration, data elements, and extensions.
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) – Experience with customer journey analysis, data views, and cross-channel analytics.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Understanding of schemas, datasets, data collection, and platform integrations.
Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK – Hands-on experience implementing and debugging web analytics tracking.
Preferred Skills
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
Experience with web data layers and digital analytics implementation.
Understanding of XDM schemas and event-based data collection.
Experience with browser developer tools and debugging utilities.
Knowledge of digital analytics measurement frameworks and tracking methodologies.
Familiarity with consent management and privacy-compliant data collection.
Experience integrating web analytics with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Overall Experience: 8+ years.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe analytics technologies.
Practical implementation experience with Adobe Launch and Web SDK.
Understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
