Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure AI services.
Develop RAG-based applications leveraging Azure AI Search, vector databases, and Azure OpenAI.
Build intelligent AI Agents and conversational AI solutions for business use cases.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms and applications.
Develop APIs and microservices to support scalable AI workloads.
Establish and implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including deployment automation, monitoring, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and best practices.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards.

Desired Experience
8-10 years of overall software engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure AI and Generative AI technologies.
Experience delivering production-grade AI applications and intelligent assistants.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, observability, and monitoring.
Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge management solutions is highly preferred.
