Hiring | Java Application Support Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Gurugram
Skills: Java, Unix/Linux Scripting, SQL
Good to Have: Dynatrace, Splunk, Production Support, ServiceNow/JIRA.
Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills, with experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex issues, interpret logs, and perform root cause analysis.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, users, and technical teams, and to document issues and solutions clearly.
Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, relational databases, and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with incident management tools, ticketing systems, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Nagios, Splunk) is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban district, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
