Site Administrator (Fixed-Term)

To provide a professional and effective administrative service to the Middleton Site.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Provision of admin services to all Site functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, HSE etc)
· Co-ordinating all site visits including customer visits and audits.
· Communicating all site messages in a timely manner via a variety of methos such as email, TV screens and notice boards.
· Organisation of a range of management meetings such as SLT meetings/Site Town Hall meetings.
· Manage site stationery provision and any other equipment required by site management.
· Maintaining and updating local notice boards.
· Arranging long service presentations, buffets etc where appropraite.
· Raise purchase orders on SAP
· Collate qualitative and quantitative information and provide appropriate management information
· Following the Document Control procedure, ensure Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures are updated and controlled on the w drive.
· Ordering and distribution of workwear and PPE on site.
· Ensure H&S Data Sheets are accurate and issued as requested.
· Ensure Manufacturing KPI’s, H&S and Quality messages and Departmental information are communicated effectively and efficiently across the Site, on noticeboards and lineside.
· Any additional administrative activities as required
