We’re Hiring: Onboarding Executive – Sales (Merchant Onboarding) | LUZO
LUZO is looking for a driven, proactive, and target-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our team! You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding premium salons, spas, and derma clinics onto our beauty and wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential merchant partners through field visits, lead generation, and cold calling.
Pitch LUZO’s partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Build strong relationships with salon, spa, and clinic owners.
Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
Achieve monthly onboarding targets and drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or merchant onboarding. Freshers with a strong sales mindset are welcome!
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
A go-getter attitude and willingness to conduct daily on-ground visits.
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday–Friday | 11 AM–8 PM
Salary: ₹40,000–₹46,000 per month + uncapped, milestone-based incentives
