We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to the development of scalable backend systems, and gain hands-on experience with modern technologies and large-scale environments.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend services and applications.
Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
Work with experienced engineers on designing and improving backend solutions.
Collaborate with other development teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Contribute to reusable components and internal tools.
Learn and work with modern backend technologies, cloud environments, containers, and distributed systems.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Continuously learn and explore new technologies and development practices.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in backend development, including relevant hands-on industry experience.
Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Experience with at least one backend programming language. Python is a significant advantage.
Basic understanding of backend development concepts, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, databases, or cloud environments is an advantage.
Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
Experience or interest in cybersecurity is an advantage.
