Guest Engagement & Arrival Experience
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with sincerity, poise, and attentiveness.
Conduct the arrival ritual by:Presenting a chilled or warm aromatic towel and a signature welcome drink.Sharing a brief cultural story or explaining a local tradition.Escorting guests to reception, the lounge, or the VIP check-in area while engaging them in personalized conversation.
Digital Guest Services & Technology Integration
Introduce guests to the Minor App and assist them in accessing service requests, Minor DISCOVERY, special offers, and other relevant information.
Support guest communication through MessageBox, ensuring prompt responses and seamless coordination between departments.
Promote PressReader and guide guests in accessing complimentary newspapers and magazines in multiple languages.
Lobby Ambience & Cultural Presentation
Ensure the lobby remains a refined, welcoming, and culturally inspired space.
Maintain the readiness of welcome trays, storytelling cue cards, and other items required for arrival rituals.
Support seasonal lobby enhancements and cultural displays that reflect local traditions and Anantara’s brand storytelling.
VIP & Business Guest Experience
Provide discreet, anticipatory service to VIP guests and business travellers, including personalized digital assistance.
Personalize guest interactions using profile insights and previous preferences recorded in the PMS and guest messaging platforms.
Team Coordination & Guest Recovery
Communicate guest needs and concerns to the relevant departments through MessageBox to ensure timely resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and recover service when necessary, combining empathy with effective use of digital tools.
