Proposal Manager

Job Description
Sodales Proposal Manager leads the development and submission of compelling and competitive proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) or other business opportunities delivering them with quality and in a timely manner. This person will coordinate various teams and resources to create persuasive proposals that showcase the company's capabilities and software solutions to potential clients or partners.
Responsibilities
Analyze and understand the requirements outlined in RFPs or other business opportunities and work closely with sales, technical and other relevant teams to gather necessary information for understanding requirements.
Develop a comprehensive proposal plan, outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and
Define the proposal structure, including sections such as executive summary, technical approach, pricing, and compliance.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content for the

Write and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's messaging and branding.

Act as the primary point of contact for any clarifications or additional information required during the proposal evaluation process.
Gather feedback from proposal submissions to identify areas for
Implement the best practices and lessons learned from previous proposals to enhance future efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor offers to tailor proposals accordingly.
Create product explainer videos/demo content for client’s
You will update your status reporting on a weekly basis with all follow-ups at least once a
Work closely with product managers and product owners to update product knowledge and capabilities within the RFPs.
Continue to improve RFP executive summary and company differentiators according to the RFP requirements.
Work closely with the directors to make sure that all proposals, leaders, and demos are aligned with the company’s goals and focus.
Ability to position AI scenarios with successful positioning
Ability to write an attractive executive summary according to the client requirements
Ability to differentiate between custom and standard requirements according to product one configuration
Good understanding of Sodales technology and architecture
Good understanding of security requirements and pre-requisites for RFP
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or A master’s degree/ postgraduate certificate is not required but is an asset.
5 or more years of general experience, and the last 3 with proven experience in proposal management, preferably in technology industry.
Familiarity with technology solutions and industry
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office
This position may require frequent travel to attend events and RFPs with customers
