Permanent - Full time
Location: Farnborough (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)
Salary: A competitive salary starting at £24,479 depending on the experience you can bring

As a Customer Consultant you will provide a first-class service to our customers through inbound and outbound telephony calling offering and promoting services and products.
Key responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries relating to Aegon Financial Planning services and products.
Seek to resolve customer complaints where possible using agreed and appropriate processes and procedures.
Identify Customers’ needs outside of the core enquiry by promoting further and appropriate products and services.
Stepping outside of role to support department on projects.
We’d love to hear from you if:
You have PC skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently whilst speaking to our members.
You have an awareness of risks associated with in the Financial Services Industry.
You’ve got experience in customer service (contact centre, face-to-face, helpdesk – that kind of thing)
You can put yourself in a customer’s shoes, taking ownership and working flexibly to meet their expectations.
What’s in it for you?
We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).
