Mid Market Account Executive

Overview of the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you sell the full Salesforce platform into a set of named accounts with 300–1000 employees. You map account strategies, align internal resources, and act as an extension of your customers, partnering with product and technical specialists to drive success. You work closely with customers as a trusted digital advisor, understanding their unique challenges and goals to help them reach their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Sell the full Salesforce platform across a named portfolio of Mid-Market accounts
Build and execute account strategies, aligning internal resources to customer goals
Conduct research and discovery to understand each customer's underlying needs and goals
Partner with product and technical specialists to leverage Salesforce's full resources for customer success
Required Qualifications:
Experience in technology solution sales, including managing complex sales cycles and meeting quota
Demonstrated territory and account planning skills, including identifying and qualifying opportunities
Experience building value propositions that address specific customer needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience partnering with product and technical specialists on multi-stakeholder deals
Experience navigating complex, competitive sales cycles
