Technical Operations Specialist

The Technical Operations Specialist is responsible for the technical setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of platforms and integrations supporting CRM and customer communications. The role works closely with CRM, TAM, Product, Development, BI, and external providers to ensure systems, triggers, integrations, and communication tools work correctly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain Smartico, Mobivate, SendGrid, and related platform integrations.
Manage CRM triggers, events, technical configurations, and system dependencies.
Act as the technical escalation point when CRM or customer communication processes are not working as expected.
Support the implementation of new technical mechanics, including referral programs, crypto offers, automated journeys, and other promotional or lifecycle functionality.
Build, update, and maintain HTML templates for email and other customer communications.
Manage technical platform settings such as senders, templates, and communication configurations.
Coordinate technical requirements and fixes with Product, Development, BI, TAM, and external platform providers.
Test new integrations, triggers, mechanics, and platform changes before release.
Investigate technical issues reported by CRM, Customer Support, or other business teams and identify the root cause.
Ensure technical changes and fixes are properly implemented and followed through to completion.
Maintain documentation for integrations, triggers, configurations, and key technical processes.
Identify recurring technical issues and propose improvements to make processes more stable and efficient.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical operations, integrations, CRM technology, or a similar role.
Experience in the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience with Smartico or similar CRM / engagement platforms.
Experience with SendGrid, Mobivate, or similar communication tools.
Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, triggers, and data flows.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with segmentation and automation logic.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical and business teams.
