In this role, you will design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software solutions that support critical business applications. What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex software applications and components.
Take ownership of large projects and product initiatives from concept through deployment.
Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and project artifacts.
Identify technical risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and quality expectations.
Champion Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
Provide technical leadership, problem-solving expertise, and innovative recommendations.
Mentor and coach junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and career development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
Experience leading technical projects and coordinating development efforts.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced developers.
Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced technical training, certifications, or graduate-level education.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools.
Experience with multiple programming languages and software frameworks.
