Job summary
As an Investor Relations Associate in Alternative Fund Services, you will lead day-to-day delivery of investor relations services for a portfolio of clients across alternative investment servicing. You will partner closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders to provide responsive client service, execute investor transactions, and maintain a strong risk and control focus. You will help ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and with audit readiness in mind. You will also identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the client and investor experience.
Job responsibilities
Process and reconcile investor and fund activity accurately and on time, including capital activity, investor updates, and cash movements
Capture, review, and execute subscription and redemption transactions and resolve exceptions through to completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Perform quality and completeness reviews on investor and fund changes to help ensure strong controls and consistent execution
Produce and review investor and client reporting (for example, monthly and quarterly statements, contract notes, order acknowledgements, and regulatory reporting where applicable)
Coordinate investor onboarding and documentation, including know-your-customer and anti-money laundering reviews (KYC/AML)
