Leverage Specialists to connect with customers on our purpose of providing custom spaces, products and organizing solutions throughout the home. Maximize store traffic and the customer experience to drive sales and conversion goals during designated salesfloor leader shifts. Achieve your store specific sales goals by role modeling, teaching and coaching TCS selling behaviors. This is a part-time, hourly/non-exempt role.
