How You’ll Make a Difference
As a JCB Field Service Technician II, you'll keep our customers' equipment running safely and reliably. Your technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality will make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB Earth and Ag Equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and major component repairs.
Maintain accurate service records, manage parts and tools, and provide excellent customer service.
Follow safety standards, maintain your service vehicle, and continue developing your technical skills.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of equipment repair experience, strong mechanical skills, and certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.
valid driver's license; technical certifications and welding experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
