Document current work methods, recommend improvements, and help implement changes.
Organize and contribute to presentations—in French and English—to customers or to the technical team during design reviews or other milestones.
What You You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent, with 15 years of experience as a system lead or senior system engineer.
Experience in developing infrared optical instruments for space missions or remote sensing.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise project documentation and to manage product configuration.
Ability to work with standard procedures and methodologies for space operations and contribute to the evolution toward Space 2.0.
Proficiency with the following tools: JIRA, Windchill, MS Project, Office suite.
Bilingual French–English (spoken and written). French is required. English is also required for regular communication with clients outside Quebec.
