Role Description This full-time, on-site role as an AutoCAD Designer / Civil Engineer is based in Khandwa Tehsil. The individual will prepare and revise civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including construction drawings for telecom towers, foundations, and associated infrastructure. Daily tasks include coordinating with project and site teams, reviewing technical specifications, ensuring drawings align with standards and safety requirements, and supporting space planning for equipment and structures. The role involves collaborating with civil and electrical teams to integrate design details, maintaining documentation for approvals, and providing drawing updates throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires close attention to detail, effective communication, and consistent follow-up on site requirements and design changes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to interpret and produce detailed technical plans.
Candidates should possess solid Drawing and Space Planning skills to design and optimize layouts for telecom and civil infrastructure.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and contractors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software; familiarity with civil engineering standards and building codes.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience in telecom infrastructure, tower projects, or civil/electrical site work will be an advantage.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work on-site in field conditions.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
