ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join a global technology team, supporting business process improvements, system integrations, and the delivery of effective IT solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience troubleshooting web applications and collaborating with development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global IT teams to develop and deliver technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and optimization.
• Map and analyze business processes, documenting requirements and proposed improvements.
• Investigate system issues, perform troubleshooting, and determine appropriate next steps.
• Work closely with development teams during system implementations and enhancements.
• Provide system guidance and training to end users.
• Participate in and lead IT projects as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Business Analysis, IT Systems Analysis, Functional Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and document business process improvements.
• Understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams during implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience debugging web applications using browser Developer Tools (Console, Elements, Sources, and Network).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their integration with enterprise applications.
• Understanding of APIs, data interfaces, and middleware.
• Familiarity with MES functionalities such as production
