We’re seeking motivated Operators to join our Production Team, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products enjoyed by millions.
What you’ll do:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Complete clear shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.
Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.
