Regularly visit customers throughout California to understand their businesses and upcoming needs.
Become a trusted resource for customers by understanding their production schedules, purchasing cycles, challenges, and future plans.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the year, not just during the selling season.
Monitor customer satisfaction and work with JVK’s internal team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Keep accurate records of customer information, opportunities, quotes, and sales activity.
