### JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional customer support, responding to inquiries, assisting with benefits-related questions, processing information, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely assistance.
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and benefits
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Enter and update customer and employee information accurately
• Process and organize documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Review and process forms, requests, and other documentation
• Assist with benefits enrollment and general benefits-related inquiries
• Input purchase orders and maintain necessary records
• Complete general administrative and data-entry tasks
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding assigned tasks
• Receive assignments through email or instant messaging and provide timely updates
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and employee information
