In this role, you will design and implement sophisticated conversational flows using leading AI platforms and modern programming technologies. You will collaborate with business, product, and engineering leaders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing conversational applications. By combining programming expertise with conversational AI, NLP, and NLU principles, you will help optimize chatbot performance and continuously improve user experiences. Working within an Agile development environment, you will contribute throughout the application lifecycle, from implementation and analysis to ongoing enhancements.
