Junus AI is in the company-building stage. Pilot learnings arrive weekly, packaging questions are open, and the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative is yours to build — directly with the founder office.
What you'll own
You translate pilot learnings into roadmap decisions, packaging logic, and workflow priorities.
You keep the product simple for operating teams while pushing enterprise readiness where it matters.
You build the connective tissue between buyer needs, deployment realities, and the suite narrative.
You define what manager-friendly actually means — and hold every shipped workflow to it.
You shape how the suite is packaged and sold, not just how it is built.
What you bring
You operate across product strategy, UX judgment, and customer context without hiding behind process.
You turn ambiguous customer signals into clear product decisions.
You can say no with a reason — focus is the scarcest resource in a company-building stage.
You communicate product tradeoffs crisply with founders, engineers, and customers.
You have shipped B2B software workflows before, ideally in security, compliance, or IT tooling.
