Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing data models, and optimizing application performance and security. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and contributing to improvements in architecture, deployment pipelines, and development standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, requiring regular collaboration with local team members and participation in in-person meetings and planning sessions.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue) and experience building responsive user interfaces.
Experience with back-end development using languages and frameworks (such as Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar) and familiarity with RESTful APIs or other integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization, as well as basic understanding of data security and integrity.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and common development tools used for testing, debugging, and deployment.
Understanding of software architecture principles, application performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document code and technical decisions.
Comfort working on-site in Pune District, with the ability to engage in in-person collaboration and participate in project planning and reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in full stack or web application development is highly beneficial.
