Senior Product Manager

Take ownership of a strategic product portfolio focused on workforce compliance, employee handbooks, and regulatory learning. In this role, you will help employers navigate complex, evolving labor laws across multiple states and jurisdictions through intelligent, AI-powered product experiences. You will lead product strategy from customer discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and adoption. Working with engineering, design, data science, and compliance experts, you will turn regulatory complexity into practical workflows that help organizations manage policies, training, and employee acknowledgments with confidence. You will also shape how shared intelligence and human expertise work together across direct and partner-distributed platforms.
