Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/Linux)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in administering enterprise Windows/Linux infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be able to independently maintain and develop infrastructure, ensure the stability of critical systems, and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and develop hybrid Windows/Linux infrastructure.
Ensure the stability, performance, and high availability of critical systems.
Administer multi-domain Active Directory, including domains, users, access permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Administer VMware vSphere, including ESXi, vCenter, clusters, and vSAN.
Work with Proxmox VE and virtual servers.
Maintain and develop RDS Farm and FSLogix profiles for remote workstations (100+ users).
Administer bare-metal physical servers.
Configure and maintain monitoring systems using Zabbix.
Manage DNS and DHCP services.
Automate routine tasks and processes using PowerShell.
Scale infrastructure according to product requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and optimize infrastructure solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience administering multi-domain Active Directory, working with GPOs, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, including ESXi, vCenter, clusters, and vSAN.
Hands-on experience with Proxmox VE.
Experience administering RDS Farm and FSLogix.
PowerShell automation skills.
Experience administering bare-metal physical servers.
Understanding of hybrid Windows/Linux infrastructure.
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Important: We are looking for a specialist with genuine hands-on experience working with the technologies listed above, not just theoretical knowledge.
Working Conditions:
Format: Fully remote.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3 in summer / GMT+2 in winter).
Candidate Locations:
This remote position is open to candidates currently residing in Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, or Uzbekistan.
