Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, covering multiple positions: Maid/Housekeeping Staff, Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, Sales Staff, and Technician. Housekeeping staff focus on maintaining cleanliness and order in office, showroom, and common areas, managing basic cleaning, laundry, and support tasks. Marketing Executives work on promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and coordination with sales teams to enhance brand visibility and attract customers. Social Media Executives manage company social media channels, create and schedule content, respond to online inquiries, and track engagement. Sales Staff handle customer interactions, demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and support the sales process from inquiry to closing. Technicians perform equipment installation, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and assist customers and internal teams with technical issues, ensuring safe and reliable operation of machinery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage tasks, schedules, and workspaces efficiently.
Candidates should possess Laundry and general housekeeping skills for roles focused on facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities to learn new procedures quickly and, where needed, guide customers or team members on products and processes.
Basic literacy and numeracy, with the ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
For Marketing, Social Media, and Sales roles: familiarity with digital platforms, local market understanding, and interest in customer outreach and brand promotion.
For Technician roles: practical mechanical or electrical aptitude, experience with tools and machinery, and willingness to follow safety standards; relevant technical certification is an advantage.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Raipur.
