We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.
Responsibilities
Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals.
Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
