We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and long-term savings solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, coverage, and applicable terms.
Assist customers throughout the application, documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide support for renewals, policy queries, and claims-related services.
Achieve assigned sales targets while following applicable regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and use digital tools for daily activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance, finance, and financial planning.
Customer service and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to work towards sales targets.
Ability to identify business opportunities and build a professional network.
Basic computer and digital tool proficiency.
Minimum high school qualification; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Relevant experience in insurance, banking, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
