We are hiring: Monitoring & Observability Engineer
Location: Bengaluru |
Experience: 4+ years |

Do you build and improve production monitoring - not just acknowledge alerts?
Join Pradha Solutions to improve visibility and reliability across enterprise infrastructure, applications and databases.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN Zabbix: Administer hosts, templates, triggers, discovery, notifications and escalations. Grafana + Prometheus: Build operational dashboards, metrics collection and exporters.
Alert engineering: Tune thresholds, reduce noise, correlate incidents and support RCA.
Automation: Script monitoring integrations and onboarding; connect tools to ITSM workflows.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4+ years in infrastructure monitoring, monitoring tools or observability engineering.
Hands-on Zabbix administration and Grafana dashboard development in production. Working knowledge of Prometheus metrics/exporters and Shell, Python or PowerShell. Experience monitoring servers, databases, applications and middleware.
Good to have: Oracle monitoring, cloud observability, ITSM integrations, capacity planning and configuration management.
