Role Description
The German Language Trainer will deliver structured online lessons to nurses preparing for international healthcare roles, focusing on practical communication skills, medical terminology, and exam-oriented language preparation.
This part-time, remote role involves planning and organizing lesson content, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized feedback and support.
The trainer will design teaching materials aligned with language proficiency levels, maintain clear documentation of student performance, and collaborate with Taldo’s team to ensure training meets employer and certification requirements.
The role also includes adapting teaching methods for diverse learning styles and using digital tools to enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience instructing German to adult learners.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured curricula and adapting lessons to different proficiency levels.
Fluency in German (preferably B2 or above) and good command of English for effective instruction and communication.
Experience teaching online using video conferencing and digital learning platforms.
Relevant degree or certification in German language
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate training records.
