Role Description The Teacher role at Wonder Kidz Senior Secondary School is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and engage with families to support student growth. The role also involves contributing to school activities, promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting students’ social and emotional development.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply age-appropriate pedagogical methods.
Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related subject area.
Experience teaching at school level, preferably in a senior secondary setting.
Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learners, and use basic educational technology and digital tools.
