Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct client outreach via various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage sales pipelines and CRM tools effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools
