Account Executive, SMB I

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, SMB I based in India.
As an Account Executive, SMB I, you will drive new business growth by helping small and medium-sized businesses simplify global hiring, payroll, and workforce management. You will manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification through relationship building and closing, presenting solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing, customer success, and senior leadership, you will build a strong pipeline and develop lasting client relationships. You will identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while clearly communicating the value of an integrated HR and payroll technology platform. This remote opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will contribute directly to business expansion while helping companies navigate the complexities of managing international teams.
