Primary Responsibilities:
Technical responsibilities
• Supervise routine preventive and operational inspections, ensuring compliance with site maintenance schedules and standards
• Manage technical workforce effectively during preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of
tasks
Non-technical responsibilities
• Coordinate operational management tasks including shift management, workforce scheduling, and leave management to
ensure smooth site functioning
• Oversee administrative responsibilities related to POD (Proof of Delivery) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
ensuring customer satisfaction
• Implement automation projects and improvements to streamline operational processes and enhance site productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, administrative, and operational protocols, providing clear communication and regular updates
to internal and external stakeholders
• Address emergencies swiftly and effectively, managing both technical and non-technical site requirements efficiently
