L3 NOC Engineer – Routing & Switching | SD-WAN
🏢 📍 Location: Remote
💼 Employment Type: C2C
👨💻 Experience: 7–14 Years
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations.
Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues.
Manage and support SD-WAN environments.
Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management as per SLAs.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Mandatory Skills
Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS
Layer 2/3 Networking: VLANs, STP
SD-WAN: Cisco, Meraki, Viptela
Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations
Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security
Good to Have
Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
AWS/Azure Networking
ITIL knowledge
