Project Manager

This role is about turning plans into outcomes. You’ll be responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion—ensuring timelines, stakeholders, resources, and execution stay aligned without losing momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Track progress, identify blockers early, and drive timely resolutions
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks effectively
Drive accountability across teams while maintaining delivery quality
Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar
Good to Have
PMP / Scrum certification
Experience managing technology or product-driven projects
Exposure to budgeting, vendor coordination, or client management
Understanding of software development lifecycles
