Enterprise Sales Manager, Americas

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team across the Americas in a rapidly evolving AI and data infrastructure market. In this remote leadership role, you will drive new customer acquisition, build predictable sales pipelines, and develop repeatable strategies for winning complex enterprise deals. You will coach Account Executives through the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to executive engagement, negotiation, and closing. Working closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will help shape and optimize the enterprise go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on management opportunity for a proven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with active deal coaching and talent development. You will play a key role in expanding enterprise adoption of innovative AI reliability and data observability solutions while building a scalable sales organization.
