Golang Backend Developer - 1+ Years | 📍 Remote | Immediate Joining
💻 What You’ll Do
Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback
Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point
Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumers
Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you
Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations
Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ. handling
🛠 What We're Looking For
1+ years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines.
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
Experience in designing and building microservices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Docker and Git.
⭐ Good to Have
Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.
Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.
Exposure to gRPC.
Experience handling high-scale, distributed systems.
