AI Engineer – Business Solutions & Development

Role Description The AI Engineer – Business & Technical Solutions role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that address business needs, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP-based applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, building and testing machine learning pipelines, and integrating AI components into existing software systems. The AI Engineer will analyze data, optimize models for performance and scalability, and create documentation to ensure maintainability and effective knowledge transfer. This position also requires staying current with AI research and tools to recommend improvements and new solution approaches.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in building production-ready applications.
Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and conversational AI.
Knowledge of common AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with data processing pipelines.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on-site in Mumbai.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in startup or fast-paced environments and prior work on end-to-end AI projects is an advantage.
