Role Description The Senior Full Stack Developer will work on end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of web applications that support KSPL’s drone, simulation, AI, and GIS product ecosystem. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area involves developing scalable backend services, building responsive frontend interfaces, integrating APIs and third-party tools, and ensuring robust, secure, and performant systems. The individual will collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, implementing best practices in software engineering, and mentoring junior developers. The role also requires staying current with emerging technologies relevant to UAV, simulation, and geospatial solutions, and proactively suggesting improvements to products and platforms.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience designing and implementing complete web solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building RESTful services, working with databases, and ensuring application security and performance.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills and proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Candidates should possess experience with modern frameworks and tools (such as React, Angular or Vue, and Node.js, .NET, or similar server-side technologies).
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced engineers.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in domains like UAVs, GIS, simulation, or AI are beneficial.
