Title: SAP EHS Consultant
Location: India
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Description
10+ years of SAP EHS/EHSM functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience implementing SAP EHS/EHSM in SAP ECC.
Should have participated in at least one end-to-end SAP EHS/EHSM implementation involving requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Strong understanding of EHS business processes and their mapping to SAP.
Experience in transitioning or migrating EHS processes/data from a legacy or existing EHS application into SAP.
Strong hands-on SAP configuration and functional troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience preparing functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, workflows, and enhancements.
Good understanding of SAP integration touchpoints with relevant modules such as MM, PM, QM, HR/HCM and SD.
Experience with master and transactional data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
Strong experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and hyper care.
Excellent documentation, stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take functional ownership of the EHS workstream.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process & Solution Design
Understand and document the client's current EHS processes and existing system capabilities.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Perform AS-IS / TO-BE and fit-gap analysis between the existing EHS system and SAP EHS/EHSM.
Define the target SAP EHS/EHSM solution architecture and functional design.
Identify standard SAP capabilities, configuration requirements, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms required for the implementation.
Ensure the proposed solution is scalable and aligned with the client's operational and compliance requirements
