The Casual IWC Sales Associate plays an essential role in supporting the daily operational excellence and seamless functioning of the boutique. Working closely with the Boutique Management and Sales Associates during peak periods, this role ensures our clients receive an effortless, exceptional luxury experience. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational support, visual standards, and warm client hospitality.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Provide vital operational, administrative, and logistical assistance to the boutique team, ensuring seamless day-to-day workflow and maintaining impeccable Maison visual merchandising standards.
Assist Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates during peak trading times, client appointments, and events, allowing the sales team to deliver an uninterrupted, elevated client experience.
Actively participate in stock handling, including stock receipts, transfers, cycle counts, stockroom organization, and product preparation/packaging.
Act as a warm and attentive ambassador upon client arrival, assisting with initial greetings, beverage service, and ensuring the boutique environment remains pristine and welcoming at all times.
Deliver courteous, professional service for basic transactions, client inquiries, and after-sales intake when needed, upholding IWC’s high standards of client satisfaction.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments (luxury retail or fine service experience is a plus, but passion for operational efficiency and service excellence is paramount).
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing back-of-house and front-of-house support tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, helpful attitude. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting colleagues to achieve shared success.
Availability and flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends, peak holiday periods, and boutique events.
