Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems. The role will be responsible for building reliable backend services using PHP or Node.js, developing user-friendly frontend applications using Next.js, and ensuring application performance, functionality, and maintainability.
Location: Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using PHP or Node.js for backend development and Next.js for frontend development.
Build and maintain reliable backend services, APIs, and application logic.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Next.js.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases.
Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and improve application performance.
Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Test applications and fix bugs to ensure smooth functionality.
Maintain and update existing applications based on business and user requirements.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of PHP or Node.js for backend development.
Good understanding of Next.js for frontend development.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Understanding of databases and data management.
Familiarity with responsive web design and web application development principles.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
