Project Manager- Interior Fit Out

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple project sites simultaneously, particularly hospitality and high-end interior fit-out projects.
Plan and oversee the complete project lifecycle, from mobilisation to final handover.
Prepare project schedules, forecast requirements, and proactively address execution challenges.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor site progress, manpower, material procurement, quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee project billing, BOQ variations, cost control, and commercial documentation.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely reporting to management.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
Proven experience executing hospitality projects is mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, site execution, planning, and billing.
Ability to independently manage multiple sites and anticipate project requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be Mumbai-based and willing to travel to project sites as required.
