About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day fleet operations and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and Cautio’s internal teams.
The role will involve regularly connecting with clients, understanding and tracking operational issues related to cameras, devices, connectivity, GPS, video streaming, and the Cautio platform, coordinating with internal teams for resolution, and ensuring timely closure of issues.
This person will be working primarily from client sites and will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities at assigned client locations.
Regularly connect with clients to understand their operational requirements, concerns, and issues.
Identify and track issues related to cameras, devices, GPS, connectivity, video streaming, and other Cautio services.
Coordinate with the Operations, Command Centre, Sales teams, and other functions to resolve client and operational issues.
Follow up internally on open issues and ensure timely updates and resolution.
Maintain a tracker of operational issues, actions taken, and resolution status.
Identify recurring operational or technical issues and highlight them to the relevant internal teams.
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and guide them on using Cautio’s platform and services.
Monitor client feedback and communicate important operational concerns to the concerned teams.
Support smooth device deployment, installation, onboarding, and ongoing operations at client locations.
Ensure timely coordination and follow-up for device-related and operational activities.
Prepare basic operational reports and updates on issues, resolutions, and account status.
Maintain clear communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Take ownership of operational issues from identification through resolution.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Operations, Operations Coordination, Client Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Fluency in Kannada and Tamil is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling day-to-day operational queries.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical issues in a simple manner.
Good problem-solving and ownership skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Willingness to work primarily from client sites.
Experience in a SaaS, technology, fleet management, telematics, automotive, or logistics environment would be an advantage.
