Site Civil Engineer

IREN Projects is young, dynamic and growing interior fitout compnay based in Bangalore. The projects however are carried out Pan India. We are known for our quality of works and Timely delivery of each project.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer with 5 to 7 years interior fitout site management experience.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for,
•Complete management of the project site works. Including, planning, Execution and handover, including snag works and project closure.
•Close Coordination with the Vendors / Subcontractors and Client representatives
•Understanding to the drawings and ensuring the works are done as per the same. To report ambiguities to the Senior management / Client representative.
•Identification and Resolutions to any issues and problems arising in the site works.
•Provide daily site report to the Senior Management and Clients.
•To understand and record all the documents issued on site including the Execution drawings, BOQ, and instructions issued by the Client / Engineer and changes on site works.
•To process all the work permits / Authority’s approvals as per Project requirements.
•To maintain the speed of the works and ensure timely completion of works in all the aspects.
•Strict adherence to the Quality of works as per the specifications in the BOQ. Ensure that the works has least snags and closure of snags at the earliest before Project closeout.
•Have a close coordination with the QS / Estimator with regards to the costs of projects, variations, remeasurements, invoicing, etc.
•Adhere to the safety regulations of the sites, Local Authorities / Mall Authorities.
•Verify the final quantities and measurements with Client representative in coordination with QS for project closure.
•Should be ready to travel and stay in the assigned location of the Project site for the required duration.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture with knowledge of Interior fitout works
4 to 5 years experience in Interior fitout works
MS Excel / MS. Word, etc. (MS office)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD /other design software is preferable
