CTO - Technical Cofounder

We're looking for a technical co-founder.
famco.app is a consumer app with payments, built for the US market. The prototype works, and the architecture and design of the first version are complete; the build starts next. There is no funding yet, and we'd rather say that here than on a first call.
What the role is:
• Co-founder and CTO, based in India
• You own engineering from day one: architecture, code, and the team that grows around it
• Calls with our US side several times a week, and some overseas travel
• Founder equity on standard 4-year vesting. No salary until we raise.
How it starts: a 30-day build sprint under a written agreement, so we both find out fast whether this works.
Who we're hoping to meet: someone who has shipped real systems to real users, cares about getting money and personal data right, and would rather build than manage.
The founder is building this alongside a full-time role and isn't public yet; you'll meet on the first call.
The application is a set of real engineering scenarios, about 40 minutes. It's deliberate: it tells you how we think, too.
