P.I.V.O.T Security is a New Delhi-based offensive cybersecurity company. We think like attackers so our clients can defend like professionals. Our work spans red teaming, adversary simulation, penetration testing, DFIR, AI/LLM security assessment, and governance programs. Our researchers have disclosed vulnerabilities to Microsoft (MSRC) and presented at national and international forums.
We’re looking for a certified cybersecurity professional to deliver 15 onsite sessions for upper management and key personnel at 10 client locations across India. The sessions cover IT security, OT/ICS security, and current AI security topics.
Engagement at a Glance
Type: Contract (fixed term)
Duration: 30 days onsite, spread over 3–4 months
Sessions: 15 webinars/sessions across 10 client locations in India
Language: English and Hindi
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Travel & Stay: Reimbursed on actuals
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, interactive sessions to senior leaders in English or Hindi, as the audience requires.
IT Security: Cover ransomware and extortion, identity and cloud attacks, incident readiness, and cyber governance and board reporting.
OT/ICS Security: Explain IT/OT convergence, ICS attacks, ISA/IEC 62443, and real-world OT incidents relevant to each client’s sector.
AI Security: Address AI-driven phishing and deepfakes, LLM and agentic AI risks, secure AI adoption, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
Leadership & Response: Run crisis decision-making and tabletop-style scenarios, and cover regulatory reporting under CERT-In directions and the DPDP Act.
Co-design content, case studies, and quizzes with our team, tailored to each client and audience.
Share a short summary after each session covering attendance, key questions, and recommended follow-ups.
What You Bring
8+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on IT and OT/ICS experience
Mandatory: CISSP, CISA, or CISM (any one)
Mandatory: OSCP or a relevant technical certification (e.g., GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443)
Working knowledge of industrial protocols, LLM risks, and AI governance frameworks
Proven experience training or presenting to senior management
Fluent spoken English and Hindi
Willingness to travel to all 10 locations and sign an NDA before the first session
Good to Have
Experience in critical sectors such as energy, oil and gas, power, BFSI, or government
Speaking experience at industry conferences
Familiarity with CERT-In directions and the DPDP Act
Additional certifications in OT security, cloud security, or AI governance
